Beatriz Ponce ME 2011

Running For: 2021 Council

Campaign Statement

I am excited to finally dedicate my time back to the institution that gave me the foundation for all the successes in my life. I will be forever grateful to everything Cooper has given me in terms of my career, my incredible friends and husband (ME ‘11- we even named our new puppy Cooper) and my ability to attack problems in every area of my life. I’ve been saying for the past few years that I want to get more involved and give back my time to Cooper at the level it deserves. I want to leverage the strong relationships I built throughout Cooper to strengthen the Alumni Council and I hope to work with the board to allow Cooper to be tuition free again. I hope to have the opportunity to serve the Cooper Union community that I care so deeply about.
