Biography

Curtis “CB” Wayne, B.Arch. 1975, is a practicing architect and former structural engineering professor, living on the Upper West Side. After Cooper, CB earned a Masters in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

CB is a Grand Central Terminal Docent with the Municipal Art Society of New York City.

He published “The Shape of Things that Work: The Fourth Architecture” (2013) and is presently at work on a pilot for a television series based on his historical novel “An Accidental Yankee.”

His notable architectural works include preservation of the torch of the Statue of Liberty; the headquarters of the Bridgehampton National Bank, in Bridgehampton, NY; retail branch/investment centers for Citibank in Westchester County, New York; and net-zero ready residences, presently under construction in Newburgh, NY
