Daniel Lepek ,ChE ‘04, Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Art, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to lecture and do research at Graz University of Technology in Austria during the 2015-2016 academic year. This award is sponsored and generously funded by the U.S. Department of State, J. William Fulbright Scholarship Board, Graz University of Technology, and the Austrian-American Education Commission.
During his time at Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), Professor Lepek will be teaching and enhancing the quality of engineering education in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering Program, as well as collaborating on new nanopharmaceutical process and product development research in the interdisciplinary research institute, Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering (RCPE GmbH).
