Samuel Sigman CE’38 spent his full career of 52 years, as a Civil Engineer with the NYC Board of Water Supply. He worked on the reservoirs at Ellenville and Neversink in the Catskill Region and he worked on the NYC water tunnels.

Samuel Sigman received the Cooper Union Presidential Citation in 1989 and was inducted into The Cooper Union Hall of Fame in 2009. He passed away in April of 2003.
