Subject: Important Information Regarding The Computer Science Program at Cooper Union

Dear Student:

We regret that we will not be offering the Computer Science program for next year because the college wants additional time to prepare the program. In lieu of admission into the Computer Science program, Cooper Union is prepared to offer you admission to the program you originally applied to for next year.

If you determine not to accept the admission into the original program to which you originally applied, Cooper Union will refund your deposit if applicable, and compensate you for any expenses in traveling to visit us. We also stand ready to assist you in any conversations with other schools where you have been admitted.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call me or John Falls, Associate Dean of Admissions, at 212-353-4120.

Sincerely,

Mitchell L. Lipton

Vice President of Enrollment Services and Dean of Admissions
