Campaign Statement

I am eternally grateful for the education I received at The Cooper Union and embrace an opportunity to repay what I can. I support and hope to assist in sustaining the mission of the school as well as the goal of returning to a tuition-free model.

Bio

After graduating summa cum laude from The Cooper Union with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2006, Paul has been involved with several initiatives at Cooper including some fundraising efforts, participation in the phonanthan and attendance at other events and activities. Most recently Paul served and continues to serve on the Constitutional Committee at the CUAA and is now beginning as a co-chair of the Elections Committee. After Cooper, Paul has spent most of his time in the real estate industry. Paul currently runs FM Equities, a multi-family real estate investment firm. Prior to forming FM Equities, Paul worked at a New York based investment and development company and as an FDIC contractor. Immediately after graduating from Cooper, Paul carried out extensive residential and public-private partnership research as a Fulbright Fellow based in Tallinn, Estonia. Paul also serves as the Treasurer of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and volunteered with NYPACE, a non-profit advisory organization for entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities.
