Biography
Ciera is an Associate Data Analytics Developer at ENSO Financial Management, a financial services firm providing technology solutions for hedge fund clients. She works with a team of software developers to create an application that automates daily routines, streamlining processes for their clients. Ciera started with the company as an intern in the Client Services Department in early 2014. From there she transitioned into a Product Development internship, being more aligned with her interests and skills, this grew into the full time position she holds now with the Core Analytics Team.
Ciera was completing her B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Minor in Biomedical Engineering at The Cooper Union when she began interning at ENSO Financial. During her time at Cooper, Ciera was a student leader in the Student Council and The National Society of Black Engineers, she also co-founded The Black Student Union, and participated in Society of Women Engineers and AiChE events while attending Cooper Union. She has continued her connection with the school at the Alumni Association Communications Chair and she received the 2015 Torch Award from the National Society of Black Engineer’s Alumni XL Chapter.
