Shirley Yan CE’23, has been selected to receive the Municipal Engineers of the City of New York (MENY) scholarship award in the name of Ms. Claire Horodniceanu. The award will be presented at MENY’s upcoming Annual Dinner-Dance on Friday, November 19th.
