Biography
Susan Shaw (Art ’72) is a graphic designer and the principal of Susan Shaw Design. She is an adjunct instructor in the Art Department at Queens College of the City University of New York where she teaches Typography and Design. Married to Jack Freeman (Arch ’69), they reside in Sunnyside Gardens, Queens, where they raised their two children. Susan’s father Arnold Shaw attended the night school for art and graduated in 1946. Susan has served on the Annual Fund Committee and participated in Phonathon. She is completing her second term on the Alumni Council having served on the Communications Committee and as Chair of the Nominating Committee for 2018.
