Standish Lee AR’11
Standish received a B. Arch from The Cooper Union in 2011 with a minor in History & Society. She is currently a Partner at Fulcra, a real estate development and design firm founded in NYC in 2022. Fulcra’s mission is to design and develop buildings that are healthy and sustainable with inclusion at the core of our work.
Previously, Standish was with MAG Partners overseeing the construction of 241 West 28th Street and performing pre-development on other projects.
Prior to MAG Partners, Standish was with Triton Construction as a Pre-construction Manager. Her projects with Triton included 80 Flatbush, 550 Clinton, 11 Hoyt Street, 1185 Broadway, 412 W15th Street and 413-435 W14th Street. Prior to Triton Construction, Standish was with Hunter Roberts Construction Group as a Project Manager for Manhattan West Southwest Residential Tower and 50 West Street. Contract values totaled over 1 billion.
During her time at The Cooper Union, Standish worked for multiple architects, notably Vito Acconci, where her projects included; The Mediterranean Biennale in Italy, the Shenzhen Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture, Art Basel Miami Beach, The 2012 London Olympics and a Public Auditorium in Norway. Standish was also a research assistant to Sanford Kwinter for Harvard University.
