May 14, 2016 – CU Alumni in Boston toured The ICA/Boston with Walid Raad and had a reception with Acting CU President Bill Mea.
9/22/2013 – CU@Fenway Park
President Jamshed Bharucha and Dean Baker were joined by nearly 100 alumni, parents, friends and guests on September 22nd. They crowded into Fenway Park to see the Boston Red Sox defeat the Baltimore Orioles 3 – 1. Honorary alumnus, Dean Stephen Baker and President Jamshed Bharucha greeted guests and shared their excitement about the new school year. This was our largest Boston alumni gathering ever, this event was sold out and included current parents and friends of the school as well as a special guest, Teresa Dahlberg, the new Dean of the Albert Nerken School of Engineering. Fenway Franks were enjoyed by all and the Sox are headed to the playoffs! Pre-game reception began at 5:10 PM and was followed by the first pitch at 7:10.
12/15/2012 – Reception with CU President Jamshed Bhraucha
During his visit to Boston, President Bharucha hosted small group meetings with alumni of The Cooper Union. President Bharucha organized a dinner for supporters on Friday, December 14, and a luncheon for donors and members of the Society of 1859 on Saturday, December 15. Alumni representing six decades attended, with guests from the class of 1944 to the class of 1999. At these meetings, alumni engaged in a lively discussion with the President, offering candid feedback on Cooper’s future.

CU Alumni in Boston toured the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston, designed by Diller, Scofidio + Renfro on April 6. The event was followed by a reception at Foley Hoag LLP hosted by Paul Bork (EE’71), with guest speaker Dr. George Campbell Jr.
