Giovanni Sanchez ME’18 and Ruchi Patel ChE’18 are Two Cooper Union Students will appear on the CNBC show, Make me a Millionaire Inventor, on December 1. . They developed QuickStitch over the six-week summer program Invention Factory in 2015.
Benzion Peresecki / Ben Peres ‘s story is told in a NY Times story that is fascinating. He survived the Nazi Dachau concentration camp and a relocation camp. He graduated from The Cooper Union in 1961.
CU Professor, David Turnbull has published an interview with Professor Guido Zuliani about a collaboration between the Cooper Union architecture school and IUAV – Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia located in Italy. Students worked on projects in Venice and New York.

Mark Thomas Gibson A’02 and William Villalongo A’99 have a group exhibition at International Print Center New York 508 West 26th Street, which is on view through Dec. 3, 2016. Exhibit is reviewed in The New York Times.
Physics Today is honoring Russell Hulse PH’70 with an article published on 11/29/16. Russell is a 1993 Nobel Prize winner, a recipient of the 1994 CUAA Gano Dunn award, and a recipient of a 2003 Cooper Union Presidential Citation.
Neil Kwong CE’09 was recently interviewed by a member of the Cooper Pioneer.
