Bio

Laura Webanck (née Bichara, IDE 2007) currently works at McKinsey & Company, based out of the NY office, advising financial institutions on strategy and operations.  Prior to that she has worked in the Healthcare M&A group at Goldman Sachs and in the Interest Rate Derivatives group at Credit Agricole CIB.  In addition to an engineering degree from the Cooper Union, Laura holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Laura has previously served on the Alumni Council (2010-2011) and during that time she co-chaired Art Auction & Casino Night and advised then-current Senior Council.  She has been serving on the Gano Dunn Committee since 2010. During her years at Cooper, she also served on her class’ Senior Council, helping raise a record-high class gift and co-chairing the Farewell to Wollman event.
