Campaign Statement and Biography
Felicia Zusman is Managing Director of Consumer Experience (CX) at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. She brings together CX leaders from across the BCBS System to build strategy, design new experiences and create a human-centric culture with a focus on the improving healthcare.
After getting her BSE from Cooper Union, where she served as Engineering Student Council President for 2 years, she received her Master’s in Design (Mdes) from the Institute of Design, IIT in Chicago, Illinois. In her career she focuses on problem solving by applying human-centered tools and methods. She has consulted across industries industries from greeting cards, to transportation, to physical environments, to digital experiences. She also led innovation teams at SC Johnson for new and established brands.
She currently lives in Evanston, Illinois with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys making and creating and going on family ski trips – thanks to the Cooper ski trips to Mount Sutton, where she learned.
