I feel passionately about Cooper Union and its mission and I have always been an active and eager participant in School affairs. I support the plan to return to full-tuition.

Biography
Scott is a lawyer and a Partner at the New York office of Jones Day, where his practice focuses on technology transactions, licensing and intellectual property law. He received his J.D. from Tulane Law School. Before becoming a lawyer, Scott was an environmental engineer at Banner Pharmacaps, a specialty pharmaceutical company which is now part of Patheon, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. He has previously served on the Alumni Council and the Nominating Committee (2019-23) and is also a former Chair of the Gano Dunn Award Committee (2010–2015).
