Bio
Gary is retired from a long civil service career at the US Army Picatinny Arsenal, including ordnance system production and testing, and facilities construction project management. He recently re-retired from driving a senior citizens’ bus. He earned a Master’s in Chemical Engineering in 1972 from NYU and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey. His interests include photography, travel, and railroads. As an avid bicyclist, he participates in organized charity rides and has ridden more than 15,000 miles over the past eleven years. He actively participates in CUAA events and initiatives, including Phonathon. Most recently, he attended this year’s Florida Founder’s Day Alumni Reception. He was a CUAA Council Member 2012-2015 and served on the CUAA Events Committee. He is a Class Rep for the class of 1969.
